Peak Recruitment has partnered with a leading international seafood and nutrition company that specializes in salmon-based products, including salmon oil and salmon meal, supplied to customers across food, aquaculture feed, and pet food markets.
The Sales Manager Asia will be responsible for developing and expanding the customer base across Asia, with the opportunity to work directly with producers, distributors, and customers across the region.
The successful candidate will identify and acquire new business opportunities, develop long-term partnerships, conduct market and competitor analysis, negotiate commercial conditions, and represent the company at international trade fairs and industry events. The role will have a particular focus on salmon oil and its applications within the pet food, aquaculture and nutrition industry, while working closely with the international sales team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the fish oil/fish meal business or a nutrition-related environment.
Strong knowledge of the Asian market and regional business practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 20% of the time.
Languages required – English (Advance)
