Based in Kuala Lumpur, this is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for strategy, commercial performance and P&L across both markets. Leading a team of sales and product professionals, you will drive revenue growth, margin improvement, supplier partnerships, portfolio development and market expansion while building a high-performing commercial organisation.

We are seeking an experienced business leader with a proven track record in specialty ingredients, life sciences, food ingredients, personal care ingredients or specialty chemicals, coupled with strong commercial acumen, full P&L ownership and experience leading multi-country teams.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially driven leader looking to shape the future growth of a well-established regional business and play a key role in broader APAC strategic initiatives.
