Our client is a leading seafood processing manufacturer in Thailand with a strong presence in both domestic and international markets.
Our client is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations across canned seafood and pet food production. This role will have overall responsibility for Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D, and Engineering functions, ensuring operational excellence, product quality, food safety compliance, and cost-effective operations.
The COO will drive strategic initiatives to enhance plant performance, improve productivity, optimize costs, and implement continuous improvement programs across the organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening operational capabilities, leading senior management teams, and supporting the company's continued growth in both local and export markets.
Qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience in food manufacturing, pet food, seafood processing, or related industries, including experience in a senior operational leadership role.
Proven experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, optimize costs, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead large teams and drive organizational strategy.
Languages required – English (Intermediate)
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
