We are partnering with a global food manufacturer to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for their Hong Kong office, supporting key customers across Korea and South East Asia.
This office-based role suits someone organised, detail-oriented and adaptable, with the flexibility to work across time zones. A strong customer-focused approach, calm communication style and effective stakeholder management skills are essential. You’ll join a friendly, international team with excellent exposure to a global business, with a flexible work arrangement.
Deliver timely, accurate and confidential customer support, including queries, refunds, shipments and account adjustments
Maintain detailed customer records, track correspondence, and support customer service data analysis and reporting
Manage customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and outcomes
Support team objectives through general customer service duties, continuous learning, and participation in meetings and training
Qualifications:
Fluent in English is essential for this role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a customer service related role, ideally with experience with B2B customers and logistics.
Right to work in Hong Kong
What Our Client Offers:
Salary: Target HKD 20,000 - 25,000 per month
