​Our client is a leading seafood processing manufacturer in Thailand with a strong presence in both domestic and international markets.

Our client is looking for an experienced Factory Director to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across canned seafood and pet food production facilities. This role will oversee Production teams, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective conversion of raw materials into high-quality finished products that meet customer and business requirements.

The Factory Director will be responsible for driving production performance, maximizing labor and equipment efficiency, reducing waste and manufacturing costs, and ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. This position will play a key role in developing production teams, improving operational performance, and supporting the company's continued growth in both domestic and export markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in food manufacturing, pet food, seafood processing, or related industries, with proven experience managing large-scale factory operations.

• Proven track record in driving productivity improvement initiatives, operational excellence programs, and waste reduction projects within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead large teams and drive organizational strategy.

• Languages required – English (Intermediate)

• Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
