Peak Recruitment has partnered with a fast-growing international food company that specialises in sourcing and supplying premium IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) fruit products from Vietnam and across Asia to customers in the United States, Europe, and other highly regulated global markets.
Reporting into QA Director based in the United States, this is a field-based role offering the opportunity to work directly with growers, processors, packing facilities, and laboratory partners, ensuring food safety, quality, and export compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
The successful candidate will conduct supplier audits, oversee production and quality processes, investigate food safety incidents, manage corrective actions, and act as the main technical liaison between local manufacturing partners and the client’s international quality, operations, sourcing, and commercial teams.

Qualifications:
Good experience in food safety, quality assurance, or quality management within frozen fruit, fresh produce, or food manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, GMP, traceability, and CAPA requirements.
Experience conducting supplier audits, investigating quality issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Experience supporting food exports to North America, Europe, or other highly regulated markets.
Languages required – English (Intermediate)
Right to work in Vietnam, and Vietnamese language fluency.
