Our client is a leading manufacturer of value-added food ingredients.
Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing, sustaining and nurtures solid relationships with key growth accounts in Thailand territory and reporting to Sales and Marketing Director.
Responsible for driving sales growth at selected accounts within Thailand by building relationships with key contacts and identifying new market opportunities.
Maintain existing key customers by building relationships and identifying new market opportunities
Act as the main point of contact between key accounts and internal teams.
Communicating and collaborating with technical, operation, customer service, marketing, finance departments to ensure that key accounts’ needs are met through well-defined projects.
Generate reports on account visits, project progress, objectives, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Developing a thorough understanding of key accounts' potential, needs and requirements, competitive landscape and identify growth areas for the company.
Develop account plans with well qualified opportunities and solutions, goals, and communicate to internal team.
Leading company’s regional product category or other initiatives as assigned.
Bachelor Degree qualified in a Food Technology or Food Science related field.
Solid experience in a business development, sales or similar customer facing role, ideally with experience in food ingredients/ flavour house.
Thai national, Good command of spoken & written English.
Proven experience in building and maintaining business relationships.
Demonstrable ability of working effectively within actual and virtual teams regionally and globally.
Customer focused, results orientated, business acumen, commercially minded.
