Our client is a global agrochemical manufacturer specializing in crop protection solutions.
Our client is looking for a talented National Sales Manager who will lead and grow the company’s agrochemical and crop protection business in Thailand, driving national sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across both B2B and B2C channels. This role is responsible for managing and strengthening a nationwide distributor and dealer network, leading regional sales teams, and identifying growth opportunities across key crops and regions.
The position works closely with regulatory, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure product compliance, availability, and effective go-to-market execution, while building strong relationships with key distributors, growers, and partners. As a senior commercial leader, the National Sales Manager will represent the company in the Thai market and at industry events, supporting the company’s long-term growth and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in agrochemical, agriculture science or related field.
Over 10 years of experience in agrochemical/ crop protection sales with strong in the commercial sales and market of agrochemical with a wide range of customers, distributors, and/or retailer networks in Thailand.
Able to drive with a valid car driving license.
Languages required – English (Intermediate to Advanced).
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
