Our client, a global food ingredients manufacturer, is seeking a talented Operations Director who will be responsible for leading and optimizing all operational activities across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, safety and logistics functions. The role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, food safety compliance, cost optimization, and sustainable business growth while fostering a high-performance culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-performing teams, leading organizational change, overseeing capital investment and expansion projects, and ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and safety standards. Working closely with Commercial, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain functions, the Operations Director will align operational capabilities with business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and sustainable performance improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in manufacturing leadership experience within Food Ingredients, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Seasonings, Flavours, or related industries.
Proven track record in business transformation, organizational development, and operational leadership.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to align operational strategy with business growth objectives.
Willingness to be site-based and lead from the front in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
