We are supporting a leading food manufacturer seeking a Plant HR Supervisor, leading on-site HR operations with a strong focus on HR management and payroll.
This role will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing, while managing full-spectrum HRM functions including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning. Partner closely with plant leadership to support operational efficiency and effective manpower planning, ensuring all practices align with Thai labor laws and company policies.
We are looking for a candidate who will drive HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity, while managing HR reporting, audits, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Proven experience as an HR in manufacturing environment
Strong expertise in payroll management and HR operations
Good understanding of Thai labor law and compliance.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
