We are partnering with a leading food manufacturing company in Thailand to identify an experienced QC Supervisor to oversee quality control activities across the production process of wet and emulsion-based food products
The role will ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, and company quality standards, while monitoring key parameters such as pH, Brix, viscosity, pasteurization temperature, and other process specifications.
The successful candidate will also lead and supervise the QC team on the production floor, ensuring inspections and quality controls are carried out according to established procedures and specifications. The QC Supervisor will investigate non-conformities, quality issues, and customer complaints, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in QC/QA within the food manufacturing industry, with hands-on experience in wet, liquid, paste, or emulsion-based food products.
Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, and food safety and quality requirements.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage a QC team and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
