Our client is a leading food manufacturer supplying high-quality food products and ingredients to both domestic and international markets.
Our client is looking for a talented R&D Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end product development projects within the savory sauces and dressings. The role will oversee technical teams, manage customer-driven development and customization projects to deliver innovative and commercially viable products that meet quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will also support factory scale-up, pilot plant trials, troubleshooting, and commercialization activities, while working closely with regional and international teams on product development projects. The role may also involve project-based assignments at overseas manufacturing plants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields
Proven experience in R&D within the food or food ingredients industry.
Strong understanding of food product development and formulation in savory sauces and dressings.
Languages required – English (Intermediate/Advanced).
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
Willingness and ability to travel or work overseas when required
