We are working on an excellent opportunity with an Asia-based food ingredients producer, supplying a wide variety of savory-based ingredients throughout the region, who are looking for a talented Research and Development for the food coating team in India.
The R&D Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing food coating applications, including predust, batter, breading, and related seasoning or marinade systems. This role focuses on creating innovative coating solutions that meet customer requirements while continuously improving and maintaining the existing product portfolio.
You will support internal and customer‑site production trials, provide technical assistance during product implementation, and ensure smooth commercialization by managing product data, documentation, and formulation information within company systems.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to drive product innovation, collaborate closely with international customers, and contribute to the growth of a leading food ingredients organization specializing in coating technologies.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified.
At least 5 years of experience with coatings and seasoning applications
Able to work on multiple projects for export markets.
Ability to work independently and Detail-oriented.
Good command of English and strong computer literacy.
Hindi fluency and eligibility to work in India and able to work in Hyderabad.
