Home based – Thailand
This is a home-based position, responsible for Thailand and neighboring countries in generating new business, maintain existing customer accounts, maximize business potential and identify market trends for our clients’ specialty agricultural and horticultural fertilizer business.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the fertilizer and bio stimulant business mainly in Thailand and can be extended to nearby South-East Asian countries managing existing accounts.
Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through contacts, research and networking.
Scheduling appointments and physically meeting with the customers to propose and present the products.
Using marketing strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.
Work closely together with the agronomists, logistics coordinators, and marketing department with the head office.
Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
Represent the company in seminars, meetings or exhibitions to introduce the products to potential clients.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in Agriculture or related fields.
5+ years sales experience in agricultural and horticultural fertilizers in Thailand.
Ability to manage and influence different stakeholders – both internally and externally.
Customer focus; market-oriented business mindset.
Thai national, ability to travel with a good level of English language.
