Our client is a leading, global manufacturer of food ingredients to both the industrial and food service sectors.
The key responsibilities of this newly created position will be to generate new business, maintain existing customer accounts, maximize business potential and identify market trends. You will be a part of the pioneer team in the Philippines for our clients’ business with the primary brief to develop new business but also handle a portfolio of accounts in the future, principally maintaining and developing close working relationships with the customers in order gain a sustainable business growth. Food industries include Meats, Snacks, Noodles, QSR, Food Service and Food Processing.
Identify business opportunities with both new and existing customers within Meats, Snacks, Noodles, QSR, Food Service and Food Processing.
Build and deliver growth within the Philippines.
Maintain relationships with food distributors in the Philippines.
Establish & maintain regular contact with partners.
Develop account plan & achieve agreed sales forecast, goals and objectives.
Manage project & liaise with R&D, QA, CS and regulatory in source unit business countries to ensure flawless execution.
Build strong multilevel relationships within selected accounts to promote products and solution selling services.
Ensure all the management reports for measuring and reporting business performances are integrated, accurate, reliable and on time.
Significant Sales and Key Account Management experience, working within the B2B Food industry, ideally to QSR, Foodservice and/or Food Processing.
Ability to manage and influence different stakeholders – both internally and externally.
Ability to travel extensively within the Philippines.
Excellent communicator with a very good level of English.
Most importantly, the successful candidate must be mature, proactive and ‘hands-on’.
What Our Client Offers:
Salary: Circa. 100,000 – 130,000 PHP /Month (Negotiable depending on experience and current package)
