We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead commercial growth in the Thailand market. This pivotal role combines direct sales with strategic distributor partnerships, driving new business opportunities and strengthening the company’s presence across key food and beverage categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive commercial growth for our clients in Thailand business through direct sales and distributor arrangements in Thailand.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve agreed targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in Thailand.
Provide market insights and commercial acumen to define the right route-to-market strategies.
Build and nurture relationships with key customers, both existing and new.
Represent our client as the face of the business in Thailand.
Establish optimal distribution or direct sales channels in the market.
Collaborate with Thai distributors to set strategies and customer lists.
Support customer visits alongside distributors and directly.
Deliver annual technical sales growth in line with agreed budgets.
Partner with the technical team to set priorities and guide product development strategy.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for product and market sales campaigns.
Present technical sales propositions to customers with confidence and expertise.
This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape market strategy, influence product development priorities, and directly contribute to the company’s growth in Thailand. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in expanding our clients’ footprint across the APAC region.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales within flavours, food ingredients, or broader food industry in Thailand.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Marketing, or a related field.
Broad technical knowledge across flavour sales categories and product applications
Strong industry network with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth
Commercially driven, with excellent strategic thinking, market insight, and a “hunter” mindset
Effective communicator at all levels, from factory staff to C-suite executives
Native Thai speaker with business-level English proficiency, and right to work in Thailand.
