We are partnering with a leading food manufacturing company in Thailand to identify a highly capable Senior Engineering Supervisor to lead and oversee maintenance and engineering operations across manufacturing facilities.
This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and efficiency of production and packaging equipment through effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs, equipment optimization initiatives, and engineering project management. The successful candidate will develop and execute project implementation plans, coordinate resources for project delivery, manage contractors, control budgets, and lead engineering improvement activities.
The position also plays a key role in developing technical capabilities by organizing and delivering training programs for technicians, supervisors, and packaging machine operators. In addition, the Senior Engineering Supervisor will ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, productivity, and overall business results.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in maintenance engineering within industrial manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in liquid sachet packaging machines, PLC systems, refrigeration systems, steam boiler operations, and industrial machinery maintenance is preferred.
Leadership capability with experience supervising maintenance technicians.
Skill in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, engineering calculations, and technical troubleshooting.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
