We are partnering with a leading food manufacturing company in Thailand to identify a highly capable Senior Production Supervisor to lead the manufacturing of wet and emulsion-based food products
The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations and ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and consistently in line with production plans and quality standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing batching, wet mixing, homogenization, emulsification, and CIP processes, monitoring critical process parameters, and troubleshooting production and process issues to maintain product quality and consistency.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in process improvement, production efficiency, yield optimization, waste reduction, and cost control, while supporting product trials, new product development, and scale-up activities from R&D to commercial production. In addition, the role will lead and develop production teams, ensure compliance with GMP/GHP, HACCP, BRCGS, and food safety requirements, and work closely with QA, R&D, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to drive smooth and effective production operations.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, with hands-on experience in wet, liquid, paste, or emulsion-based food products.
Strong technical knowledge of wet mixing, emulsification, homogenization, batching, and related production equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot process issues.
Experience with CIP, cleaning processes, product changeover, GMP/GHP, HACCP, and food safety systems; experience with BRCGS is an advantage.
Strong people leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive production efficiency, yield improvement, waste reduction, and continuous improvement while working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
