Our client is a leading seafood processing manufacturer in Thailand with a strong presence in both domestic and international markets.
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Director to lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Research & Development functions across their manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for driving product quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, and innovation to support both domestic and international business growth.
The Technical Director will oversee quality management systems, customer and third-party audits, product development, and technical compliance programs, ensuring all products meet global food safety standards and export market requirements. This role will also play a key part in developing technical teams, strengthening quality culture, and supporting the successful launch of innovative seafood and pet food products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Food Safety, Technical Management, or R&D within the pet food, seafood processing, canned food, or related food manufacturing industries.
Strong expertise in international food safety and quality management systems, including BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and proven experience managing customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead large technical teams and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
Languages required – English (Intermediate)
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
