What was your first job?

My first job is my current job which is Peak Recruitment, I started in the Researcher position in June 2025.

Tell us a bit about your career to date and how you got into recruitment.

After graduating from Silpakorn University with First Class Honours in Psychology and Guidance, I was eager to build a career that allowed me to work closely with people. I came across a job post from Peak Recruitment, applied, and successfully passed the interview. I was thrilled to join the team! In this role, I support the recruitment process, source candidates, map markets, and match the right talent with the right opportunities in the global food and agriculture sectors.

If you had to pick a job in the food or agriculture industry, what would it be? And why?

I would pick a job in the food industry because I find it fascinating how food companies create products that connect with people’s daily lives. I admire how they focus on customer experience, innovation, and continuous improvement. This industry is dynamic, fast-moving, and plays an important role in society.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love reading books and exploring new experiences that I’ve never tried before. Whether it’s learning something new, visiting new places, or meeting new people, I enjoy expanding my perspective.

Tell us something not many people know about you?

Many people think I’m always cheerful, positive, and easygoing—but in reality, I can be quite serious and often overthink things. I tend to get stressed easily, but I’ve learned to balance it with self-care and mindfulness.

What is your favorite food?

My favorite food is Thai food because it’s full of flavors—spicy, sweet, salty, sour—all in perfect balance.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?

I’m currently trying to build healthier habits—exercising more regularly, eating clean, getting enough sleep, and taking better care of my mental well-being. I want to be more mindful and present in my everyday life.

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?

Teleportation! I’d love to instantly visit my family and loved ones whenever I want and also travel the world to discover new experiences without worrying about time or distance.

What country, apart from your home country, would you like to live in?

Japan, I have visited it once and I love the culture, architecture and the landscape of the country. And definitely the fresh sushi!

What is the coolest role you've placed

Sales Representative for a bakery Ingredient Manufacturer. It may not sound like the coolest job, but it was the very first role I successfully placed, and that made me extremely proud.

What is your all time favourite movie?

Wonka.

What are some of your goals (work or personal) for 2025?

My personal goals for 2026 are to perform even better at work, exceed my targets, and continue growing my skills as a recruiter. I want to build stronger connections with people and become more confident and professional in my field.

Your life mantra is / Your philosophy on life is / The words you live by are…

"The more you know yourself, the more patience you have for what you see in others." – Erik Erikson

Name three things right now you are grateful for.

I’m grateful for myself for continuing to grow, my family for their endless support, and the kind people in my life who always encourage me no matter what.

One job I’m recruiting for RIGHT NOW is:

Marketing Manager in Thailand for the Food Ingredients Company.
