Who are we?

The Peak team is ambitious, driven, thrive on success, but most of all, is a fun group of people. With passion, loyalty, integrity and kindness as our core values, we started out working with broader science-based industries and have since come to focus our energies on the food and agriculture industries with some exciting key accounts globally. Currently serving the Asia Pacific region, plans are set to expand into Europe and the Americas.

We are a small, dedicated team, with a range of backgrounds. Some of our consultants come directly from recruitment, others from the food and agriculture industries itself. We are happy to hear from all of those interested in this business, and happier to provide the tools and guidance to help them succeed.

How do we Work?

While the business relationship is key, at Peak, we have moved away from the 360° recruiter concept, focusing on execution rather than sales. There is of course room for those who want to look at the business development side, but we build client partnerships as a team.

If you want to become a passionate career recruiter, focusing on food and agriculture specialization and finding the right people for the right roles, then becoming a Peak Consultant is for you. You must have the ability to listen, be proactive, a thinker, humble but also confident.
