Our client is a leading North American private-label snack manufacturer who are looking to hire a Co-Manufacturing Manager to support their expansion in Vietnam for importing into the US Market.
The Co-Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day oversight and execution of co-manufacturing operations in Vietnam, ensuring production, quality, food safety, packaging, and delivery requirements are met. This role is highly hands-on, requiring frequent presence at co-manufacturer sites to resolve operational issues, support trials, enforce specifications, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Client HQ teams.
Qualifications:
Great experience in procurement, manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, or international operations—preferably in food or agricultural categories.
Strong understanding of food processing, packaging formats, and ingredient supply chains.
Deep knowledge of food safety, product specifications, and quality assurance requirements.
Ability to interact with and influence key decision-makers.
Vietnamese native speaker, with a very good level of English.
Willingness to set up and conduct business activities from a home office.
Willingness to travel extensively within Vietnam.
