Our client is a major global player in the food manufacturing industry, operating across multiple international markets.
They are now seeking a Complaints Coordinator to play a pivotal role in upholding exceptional standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. Sitting within the quality function, this position calls for a detail‑driven, customer‑focused professional with a strong grasp of food manufacturing processes.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, and working full time on site, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
Experience of working in a quality, customer complaints/customer facing role within the food manufacturing industry.
Experience of using problem solving tools. Good knowledge of the product quality standards would be highly advantageous.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines, working either independently or as part of a team.
Document management in ensuring appropriate records are maintained in compliance with legal requirements.
Qualified to degree level within a food, science, or engineering discipline.
Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally and independently.

What Our Client Offers:
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000
