The Customer Service Office will be responsible for delivering comprehensive services, excellent communication and relationships to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction to our clients’ food manufacturing customers in Thailand. (1 Sentence Job Summary)
Responsible for all import, export & local shipments within, to & from Thailand. This includes facilitating customs, FDA and LPI activities, delivery of shipments into internal & external (customer) warehouses.
Handle order in daily basis, reply and acknowledge the customer inquiries, order and shipment from incoming call, fax, e-mail, Line enquiries.
Co-ordinate with third party service providers to ensure costs are competitive, service level agreements match business needs, and performance management systems are in place and effective.
Update database, mainly customer contact information and customer requirements.
Manage supporting documents completed as per schedule delivery, as well as Tax invoice and supporting documents.
Manage billing note, as well as collection the payment received from customer.
Manage customer complaints adequately within well-defined procedures.
Maintain good communication, relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pro-active communication with related supporting departments to ensure a smooth delivery process and appropriate checks and controls in order processing, demand planning, maintain stock availability and optimize stock level.
Provide administrative activities related to customer and sales enquiries.
Degree qualified in any related field.
Experience in a customer-service related role, with a background in import & exports.
Service minded, able to work under pressure and meet tight daily schedules.
Good command of English and computer literacy, ideally with ERP programs.
Self-starter and able to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic Salary: THB 40,000 – 60,000 / Month
