Key Account Manager will be responsible for one of our clients’ global QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Key Accounts with the ultimate goal to maintain the key account and achieve an annual revenue target.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with QSR Key Accounts in Thailand.
Maintain existing key customers by building relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
Working closely with external client R&D teams and internally with culinary, R&D, and marketing teams.
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Build strong multilevel relationships within selected account to promote products and solution selling services.
Manage project & liaise with R&D, QA, CS and regulatory in source unit business countries to ensure flawless execution.
Input to AOP, budget, sales goals, forecast and sector objectives.
Develop account plan & achieve agreed sales forecast, goals and objectives.
Ensure all the management reports for measuring and reporting business performances are integrated, accurate, reliable and on time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a food science background.
Experience in a business development, sales or similar customer facing role, ideally with experience in food ingredients and knowledge of QSR’s.
Ability to manage and influence different stakeholders – both internally and on the client side.
Excellent communicator with a very good level of English.
Most importantly, the successful candidate must be mature, proactive and ‘hands-on’.
