Our client is a distributor of agricultural nutrition products.
This position will be responsible for the sales and new business development in Thailand for our clients’ crop nutrition and protection products, specifically aiming at rice farming. You will be responsible for building and managing a distribution network for rice farms throughout Thailand.
Reach the targets and goals of sales defined with the company management for each period.
Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through contacts, research and networking.
Scheduling appointments and physically meeting with the customers to propose and present the products.
Using marketing strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.
Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
Develop with the management sales strategies, marketing material or publicity campaigns to promote the products.
Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
Represent the company in seminars, meetings or exhibitions to introduce the products to potential clients.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Over 5 years’ sales experience in crop nutrition, protection, fertilizers or agrochemicals industry.
Ideally experience selling rice farming products, with good contacts with local distributors in Thailand.
Customer focus; market-oriented business mindset.
Ability to travel domestically with excellent English communication and presentation skills.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic salary: 35,000 THB/Month
Allowance: 15,400 THB/Month
Car Allowance: 11,000 THB/Month
Gas Allowance: 8,000 THB/Month
