Our client is a global food ingredients manufacturer, supplying to both the industrial and food service channels.
The Assistant Lab Manager will be responsible for managing the on-site laboratory at our clients food manufacturing site, including Physical, Chemical, and Microbiological testing and sample management. This will involve coordinating with both internal and external laboratories, providing technical support to the laboratory team and working with relevant functions and external parties. This position will be working onsite at the factory.
Qualifications:
Degree in a Food Science or Technology related field.
Lab management experience in Chemical, Physical, and/or Microbiological.
ISO 17025 Lab Management System establishment will be an advantage.
Languages required – Thai (native), English (Intermediate)
