Reporting to the Operation Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maintaining continuous operations with minimum technical and technological downtime, performing effective and efficient preventive maintenance programs throughout our client’s beverage factory.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and machinery used in the food production process to ensure good working conditions.
Manage and ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed with timely manner and within budget.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements, and that all safety protocols are observed.
Work with Operations team to ensure the production schedules are met, and that maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules.
Ensure with effectiveness maintenance and technical works is complied with GMP/HACCP/FSSC 22000 or other standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers of maintenance and repair services, ensuring that the facility has access to quality service at reasonable cost.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance schedules, repair and replacement costs, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Analyze equipment performance data and recommend change or upgrades to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize maintenance costs.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring the resources are allocated appropriately to maintain all equipment and machinery in good condition.
Continuously monitor industry trends and new technologies to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and equipment.
Degree qualified in engineering with Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
Experiences in maintenance management of food or FMCG manufacturing plant.
Good computer literature in Microsoft office and engineering related software
Strong leadership abilities
Moderate in English communication.
