Our client is a leading player in frozen food and OEM manufacturing in Thailand's comprehensive food industry.
The Assistant Manager for Overseas Purchasing will be responsible for international procurementprocurement by managing the purchase of meat, seafood, and other food ingredients from global suppliers. The role ensures smooth import operations, timely delivery, and supplier compliance while coordinating closely with relevant departments.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating new materials to meet operational needs, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, and preparing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to align supply with business demand. This position plays a vital role in strengthening the company’s supply chain efficiency and supporting its growth in the food industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the food industry and fresh food products.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills; proficient in market analysis and supplier management.
Good English communication skills; capable of handling correspondence with international suppliers via email.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 THB /Month (Depending on candidate's experience)
6 Days Working/ Week (Alternative Saturday)
