We are working on an excellent opportunity with an Asia-based food ingredients producer, supplying a wide variety of food ingredients in the Thailand market.
Our client is looking for Production Manager, to lead end-to-end operations for our Hot & Cold Sauce division. You will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, HALAL, GFSI). This role involves driving KPIs, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and operational excellence.
The Production Manager will lead and develop a diverse production team, fostering a safe and high-performance work culture. Responsibilities include managing raw materials, cost control, and ERP workflows while ensuring smooth equipment maintenance. Experience with programs such as KAIZEN, KANBAN, GEMBA, and HAZOP will be highly valued. This is a day-shift role based at our manufacturing site.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (highly preferred).
Experience in food manufacturing, Strong knowledge of food production processes, require experience in sauces, condiments, or liquid food products.
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, HALAL, GFSI, or other relevant food safety standards.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across shifts both Thai and Non-Thai staff
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
