Our client is leading global producer of high quality, specialty nutrition products to the animal feed and farm markets.
We are working on behalf of our client, who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager in Asia Pacific, to fulfill a key role in the commercial growth of their business in the region specifically focusing on medium to large feed mill key accounts – primarily in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan and South Korea.
This newly created role will be home-based with extensive regional travel expected to build both customer and internal relationships and ultimately helping to deliver the company’s medium- and long-term business strategy.

Degree quailed in an agricultural, nutritional, or veterinary sciences field
Deep understanding of animal nutrition, animal production, and the industry
10+ years professional experience in the region with feed additives; preferably in similar roles.
Successful track record of new won business and new customer acquisitions within medium to large feed mill accounts.
A base in the APAC region, preferably in South East Asia.
Ability to work in a team and independently, both self-disciplined and responsible.
High social competence, strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
Organizational strength, ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
Be fluent in English and at least one additional language. Extra languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel in the region and globally (40-50%).
What Our Client Offers:
Salary range – 60,000 – 100,000 USD / Annual (Open, depending on location, experience)
