As Managing Director of Peak Recruitment, Tim brings over two decades of experience in both in-house and agency recruitment, with a focus on Engineering and Sciences. Tim’s career began at Siemens, where he worked in HR, specializing in recruitment and employee orientation. He later moved to join a specialist recruitment agency in Thailand, eventually establishing a dedicated manufacturing office on the Eastern Seaboard. After nearly a decade in leadership, he sold his shares and founded Peak Recruitment, identifying a resilient and science-driven niche aligned with his family’s background in the specialty chemicals industry.

Tim graduated in Business Management from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2003. Today, he leads Peak’s global operations, managing client relationships across diverse industry segments while ensuring the company’s values of integrity, kindness, and long-term vision remain central to its mission. He is particularly focused on searches in the UK and Europe and regularly attends industry conferences across the continent.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters in the North of England. He’s an avid outdoorsman, heavy metal enthusiast, enjoys quizzes and a loyal supporter of Leeds United.
