Our client is an Asia-based food manufacturer, supplying a wide variety of food ingredients throughout the region.
The Commercial Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and driving the company’s overall commercial performance across all sales channels. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at accelerating revenue growth, increasing market share, and strengthening the company’s position within the food industry. This includes overseeing B2B, B2C, and export market activities.
You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization to ensure consistent delivery of sales targets and operational excellence. A key focus of the position is to cultivate and expand strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners, while actively identifying new market segments and business opportunities.
This role offers a significant leadership opportunity to influence long-term commercial direction, guide cross-functional alignment, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s sustainable growth and competitive advantage within local and international markets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management at a managerial or senior managerial level, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing multi‑channel commercial operations.
Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop large, diverse, and high-performing sales teams across multiple regions or business units.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and internal teams.
Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is highly advantageous, particularly within organizations operating B2B, B2C, or export channels.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and drive results under pressure.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
