This is a newly created role, working in our client’s Samut Sakhon factory, to oversee employee compensation and benefits and to manage the compensation database, benchmarks and annual performance reviews, with the following key responsibilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end processing of the payroll and taxation.
Continuously review payroll processes and provide process improvement recommendations to ensure efficiencies and compliance to legal requirements.
Assist in creating and managing staff cost budgets, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget.
Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Implement a new HRIS system and manage the system effectively
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Degree qualified in a human resources related field.
Experience in compensation and benefits.
Good command of English and computer literate.
Experience in HRIS projects, Labor laws, Tax regulations and related regulations.
Able to work at Samut Sakhon.
