Our client is a leading, global manufacturer of food ingredients to both the industrial and food service sectors.
The CI Manager will be responsible for supporting the operations team in terms of continuous process improvement and productivity excellence.
Manages activities related to continuous improvement with a focus in lean deployment, kaizen facilitation and training.
Conduct internal assessments to identify gaps and develop plans to address opportunities to improve assessment maturity.
Ensure continuous cycle of capability development at all levels of the organization by delivering a training plan in alignment to company’s standard body of knowledge.
Manage portfolio of improvement projects to deliver process improvement goals and financial benefit targets.
Identifying and delivering improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.
Leading and executing continuous improvement projects and providing solving problem technical support process.
Identifying the trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.
Teaching, coaching, and facilitating the operations teams to implement Kaizen projects and prepare training materials for training employees such as Problem-solving, RCA tools, Improvement techniques, Lean Tools, Six Sigma methodology, Kaizen etc.
Deploy CI culture into the organization to achieve target and identify opportunities to reduce waste through daily Kaizen.
Work closely with Line manager and key business partners to improve the operation with the implementation and application of the continuous improvement policies, including 5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM and etc.
Degree qualified in an industrial, manufacturing Engineering or related field.
Experience in continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management. Lean and six sigma certifications will be advantage.
Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping.
Ability to manage and influence different stakeholders – both internally and on the client side.
Thai national, excellent communicator with a good level of English.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic Salary: THB 90,000 – 100,000 / Month
