Our client is a producer of commodity-based food ingredients.
The Export Sales Manager will be an individual contributor, responsible for the development of new business and managing our clients’ overseas food industrial customers, as their sole export sales representative.
Responsible for sales target and build long-term relationships with overseas clients.
Maintain existing key customers by building relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Build strong multilevel relationships within selected account to promote products and solution selling services.
Track and report progress on customer budgets and ongoing forecast.
Improve existing business by increasing efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service in a timely manner.
Monitoring competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
Participate in meetings or projects as assigned by the manager.
Degree qualified in International Business, Food Science or related fields.
Experience & strong background in export sales in the food ingredients industry.
Good command of spoken & written English language.
Good negotiation & presentation skills.
Self-motivate, independent and good problem-solving skills.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic Salary: THB 50,000 – 70,000 / Month
Annual Variable Bonus
