Peak Recruitment are partnering with a leading operator within the aquaculture farming industry in Asia who are looking to develop their internal HR capabilities to support the high growth plans in the South East Asia region.
Currently, this business employees over 150 staff spread over several countries within South East Asia but have plans to expand by a further 50 staff over the coming 12 months. They have a great, operational, HR team already in place that are doing a fantastic job of aiding the business growth and reacting to the operations but are looking for an experienced HR leader who can further implementing change across culture, performance, organization development and talent planning amongst other key HR initiatives, covering the following key responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Develop positive, trusting relationships throughout the organization and offer thought leadership in the people development strategy.
Develop and implement targeted solutions to build high-performing teams.
Support the leadership team in forecasting and planning talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy, driving strategic workforce planning.
Be a key member of the leadership team; evidencing a comprehensive knowledge of - and interest in - the major cultures of the company; and establishing linkages to people and organizational development needs.
Design, implement and execute the HR strategy through human resource policies, programs and processes, including talent acquisition, rewards programs, performance management, talent and leadership development, employee relations, organizational effectiveness and culture and HR governance.
Challenge the thinking on organization and people issues to balance between people and results.
Review compensation benefits strategy to ensure its competitiveness in the market.
Provide improvement recommendations based on analyzing trends and HR metrics.
Create and implement development programs at all levels.
Contribute to the bigger picture, and as an expert in translating group strategy into HR strategies and implementation.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years in HR Leadership and Business Partnership experience with a proven managerial track record either as a Country HR Lead in a similar sized organization or gained through a variety of HR Functional leadership roles from within a larger multi-national environment.
Sound commercial sense and the ability to work confidently with senior management and directors.
Strong leadership/decision-making skills, tactful, flexible with a proactive and positive attitude
Open to any nationality.
