Reporting to Regional Site Director, the Project CVS Manager (Commissioning, Validation and Startup) will lead all product and process change projects on-site to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and budget.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Commissioning, Validation and Startup plans for the site covering all projects such as engineering, continuous improvement projects.
Maintain standard and develop and maintain detailed timelines for all major projects with collaboration from Engineering, R&D and other relevant functions.
Manage end to end project budgets on all aspects such as spare parts, tools & equipment
Establish and develop cross functional teams and key persons on site to support all major projects.
Develop and lead teams at the site and support the regional team.
Establish Operational Procedures to maximize operational effectiveness and coordinate with R&D, Engineering and OEMS to ensure smooth transfer of equipment knowledge and operations through hands on training.
Complete post launch reviews and project implementation / completion reports as required.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in an Engineering or Science related field.
Experience in industrial/process engineering with project management skills from manufacturing operations.
Excellent knowledge of Project and Process Management, TPM/Lean Principles, Techniques and Tools.
Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
Good command of spoken and written English
