We are working on an excellent opportunity with an Asia-based food ingredients producer, supplying a wide variety of food ingredients in the Thailand market.
Our client is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to manage overseas imports, logistics coordination, and product development activities. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth import operations, effective procurement processes, and supporting new product development in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance, optimising costs, and ensuring product quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
Experience in Procurement Operations and Import Management
Knowledge of the end-of-end import process, including freight coordination, customs procedures, HS codes, tariffs, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in operational procurement activities, including purchase order (PO) management, import/export documentation, and vendor coordination.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
