We are working on an excellent opportunity with an Asia-based food ingredients producer, supplying a wide variety of food ingredients in the Thailand market.
Our client is seeking a QA Supervisor to manage and implement the site’s HACCP program, traceability, food defense, and site security, while supporting the overall Food Safety and Quality Management System. This role ensures full compliance with applicable food laws, government and religious regulations, and internationally recognized standards and certifications including BRCGS, GHP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000, in line with company direction and customer requirements.
The position involves leading risk assessments, food safety and food fraud prevention activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams on CCP validation, process changes, new product development, traceability, site security, audits, and pest management, as well as supporting investigations, customer complaints, and regulatory or certification requirements such as HALAL.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food science, Chemical Science, Biotech or related Field.
Strong experience in QA/QC and Food Safety & Quality system in Food Industry.
Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Quality System in GFSI standard e.g. BRCGS, FSSC22000)
Good knowledge of HALAL CICOT, MUI including food law registration and certification process.
Good command of English and computer literate.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
