Production Manager will lead plant production team to deliver production objectives with safe production and efficient use of resources.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve safety operation of all production processes.
Plan and manage all production works to meet the customer requirements (quality & delivery) and comply with production SOPs and quality standards.
Effectively plan and control production resources and budget and coordinate with other departments to support production activities.
Manage day-to-day production activities, production planning, together with production plan review and change.
Effectively support both domestic and international customer service as well as the whole supply chain system.
Manage and provide up-to-date communication within production department and across Departments.
Be an active leader and champion in Continuous Improvement and Commercial Excellence (CI/CX) to deliver cost savings and productivity improvements.
Improve production efficiency, production yield, energy consumption, production supply.
Ensure new & current production staff is properly trained in safety and quality procedure.
Report production performance and other relevant issues to Plant Manager.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in a Food Science, Chemistry or Engineering field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a production supervisor manager role within Chemical, Petrochemical or Food Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production & quality systems, health & safety regulations and food safety.
Proficient in Microsoft and ERP Software.
Leadership skills and good level of English language.
What Our Client Offers:
Base salary THB: 120,000 - 140,000/ Month
House Allowance: THB 4,000/ Month
Phone Allowance: THB 1,500/ Month
Provident Fund
Variable Bonus: 15% of 12-month salary gross
Fixed Bonus: 1 Month
