Our client is a leading food service and restaurant chain in Singapore.
The QA Manager is a newly created role in role in setting up and managing the Quality Assurance Team, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to set up food safety standards in food service and restaurant chain in Singapore.
Assist in guiding production team in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement in production areas.
Assist in preparation / implementation / maintenance of SFA / FSSC / ISO22000 / Halal certification and audits.
Assist in investigating and findings of any food safety related issue raised by internal or external customers.
Work with R&D and Production team to ensure smooth execution of new products develop to mass production.
Maintain proper records of quality; hygiene; equipment inspection.
Responsible for reporting any non-conformance of products / process / hygiene violation in timely manner.
Good experience in Quality Assurance in the food industry.
Understanding of FSSC/ISO22000/Halal requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
