Our client is a global food ingredients manufacturer, supplying to both food processors and the food service channel.
The role of QA Manager will lead a large team of over 40 quality assurance specialists, implementing and maintaining quality management systems internally, focusing on BRC and FSSC 22000 quality standards.
Lead and direct implementation of QA team including the budget of the quality laboratories.
Leads the implementation and maintain of a Quality Management System that meets customer requirements and the company's performance objectives.
Leads a broad-based Team responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance, Inspection and Measurement, Environmental Testing in processing line.
Ensure customer Quality problem root causes are analyzed and promptly contained and resolved effectively.
Work with Project/Engineering team to ensure that new machine & equipment is complied with company Global Sanitary Design Policy
Lead to validate NPD, Alternating material, new process, new machine & equipment prior commercial run
Supports and participates Continuous improvement initiatives
Degree qualified in a Food Technology or Science related field.
Experience in a QA role, at supervisory or managerial level, within the food industry, ideally with a company of 100+ SKUs.
Strong knowledge in GFSI standards (BRC, FSSC22000).
Previous experience working in a Production line would be an advantage.
Good command of English and computer literate.
What Our client Offers:
Basic Salary: THB 150,000 – 180,000 / Month
Five-day work week
