Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up and managing the Application lab in Thailand.

• Performs bench top work related to applications and product development.

• Develop and implement multiple new product launches from concept to commercialization.

• Prepares product information for customers using available information sources.

• Collaborate with the overseas technical team in development of NPD and/or reformulation of existing products, including commercialization.

• Source new ingredients to aid in the innovation process.

• Coordinate with cross functional teams for product/process improvement and trouble shooting

• Being responsible for documentation update, including technical information support and prepare essential reports.

• Handle customers complaints regarding food safety and quality of raw materials, packages, delivery processes, etc.; co-ordinates with concerned personnel to solve problems.

• Be creative, plan and execute related applications work and manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing business environment.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Food science and technology in Food Technology or related area and a solid proven track record in a technical role in a business-to-business environment.

• Experience in seasoning and/or savory application technologist or R&D will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of Thai FDA registration process as well as local legislation requirements.

• Strong network in the food industry market, and exposure with different customers.

• Good command of English language and Computer Proficiency
