The R&D Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing food coating applications, including predust, batter, breading, and related seasoning or marinade systems. This role focuses on creating innovative coating solutions that meet customer requirements while continuously improving and maintaining the existing product portfolio.
You will support internal and customer‑site production trials, provide technical assistance during product implementation, and ensure smooth commercialization by managing product data, documentation, and formulation information within company systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
Experience working with food ingredient applications such as seasonings, coatings, sauces, or flavour systems. Experience in protein processing or related food applications is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prepare accurate technical documentation.
Good command of English and strong computer literacy.
Thai fluency and eligibility to work in Thailand.
