Our client is a leading manufacturer of food ingredients and customized products such as crumbs, syrups, and flavors, collaborating with food companies across all industry sectors both locally and globally.
The R&D technologist will be responsible for the creation, formulation, and optimization of liquid sauce (hot and cold) applications and seasoning products for industrial, food service, and QSR customers in domestic and international markets. The role involves assisting in product development projects, supporting customer trials, evaluating raw materials, and maintaining accurate technical documentation, while gaining exposure to customer interaction and commercial decision-making.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to develop hands-on experience in food ingredient formulation, customer applications, and production trials while working closely with experienced technical, sales, and manufacturing teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related fields or equivalent level.
Experience with the sauce and seasoning development and knowledge of other processes is an advantage.
Good communication and presentable skills.
Ability to work independently and Detail-oriented.
Languages required – English (Intermediate).
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
