Our client is seeking a talented R&D Technologist to join their innovation team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in researching, developing, and improving ingredient formulations, particularly emulsifiers, for the food industry in both domestic and international markets. You will support formulation and production trials using natural and synthetic ingredients, assist in formula optimization, range extensions, and the evaluation of new or alternative raw materials, and work closely with senior team members to support ongoing product developments.
The role involves collaborating with sales teams and customers to understand requirements, preparing basic technical reports, and maintaining accurate development records. This position is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to learn, technically curious, and enthusiastic about building a career in food innovation within a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent level.
Experience in sensory evaluation and formulation development. Open to fresh graduates with strong potential.
Knowledge of food ingredients, Flavors, and food applications.
Languages required – English (Intermediate).
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
