Our client is a global manufacturer of confectionery coated products that appeal to many sectors of the food and beverage industry.
The R&D Technologist will work at our clients manufacturing and innovation center in Nakhon Ratchasima and will join an existing R&D team. This role is responsible for the creation and development of confectionery and sweet products, including product formulation, ingredient and process specification, sourcing new raw materials, and managing product trials with the production team.
The R&D Technologist works closely with customers to understand technical, operational, and regulatory requirements, provides technical support through presentations, trainings, and product applications, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. The role also involves managing documentation, handling sample requests, addressing customer complaints related to food safety and quality, and driving innovation by managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in a Food Science or Technology related field.
Experience in Research & Development in Food ingredients, confectionaries and sweets will be an advantage.
Able to relocate or work in Nakhon Ratchasima.
Languages required – English (Intermediate).
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
