The Raw Material QA Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance specialists, implementing and maintaining quality management systems internally for all the Raw Material and packaging ingredients.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate in the quality assurance and analysis department in order to ensure that the raw materials and packaging are of the specified quality.
Determine the status of raw materials and packaging according to the specified standards (Food Safety, Food Regulations).
Handling raw materials and packaging that do not meet the requirements.
Summary report of quality inspection of raw materials each month.
Evaluate the quality of raw materials in the case of raw materials.
Traceability in case the manager is absent or assigned.
Perform other tasks as assigned. If encountering food safety problems, notify the supervisor directly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or Higher in a Food Technology or Food Science related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in a QA role, at supervisory level, within the food industry, ideally with a company of 100+ SKUs.
Strong knowledge in GFSI standards (BRC, FSSC22000).
High executive maturity and adaptability.
Good command of English and computer literate.
