Our client, a global producer of animal nutrition and feed additives, is seeking a talented Regional Sales Director to oversee the Asia Pacific region. This role, remotely based from any location in South East Asia, requires period travel throughout the region and reports to the Board Members in Europe.
The Regional Sales Director will lead the Asia Sales Team, driving the commercial growth of the region by achieving annual budget targets across volume, sales, and margin for the Feed Additives business. The role is responsible for managing and strengthening the distribution network within the assigned region, while also opening new key accounts and expanding direct sales.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, or animal health, with regional exposure in Southeast Asia, with Minimum 3 years on managerial positions.
Expertise in the regional feed additive market, deep/profound knowledge of competitors and market trends.
Wide network with key opinion leaders from the Feed Additive market, key accounts, potential distributors, and customers.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel.
